The VI-Assist Line
Our modular VI-Assist consists of multiple configurations that inspect syringes, ampoules, and vials. At the core of each configuration is our patented Vision Station, used across all models.
Compliance & Performance
Fully compliant with GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR part 11, and Pharmacopeia standards, the VI-Assists inspect 100–1200 units/hour, capable of replacing several manual operators.
Artificial Intelligence
Equipped with latest advancements in Machine Learning and AI, our systems require less training data and offer faster deployment than conventional techniques.
Flexible & User-Friendly
With minimal format parts, changeovers take less than 15 minutes. The plug-and-play tabletop design needs only a 230V outlet and no special installation.
