Online bacterial count monitoring: automatic, precise and fast. Ideal for successful CCS

In this presentation, BWT would like to introduce the use of flow cytometry as a fully automated online bacterial count monitoring system. The AQU@Sense MB is suitable for in-process control and can significantly increase process safety without further validation and indicate potential risks at an early stage. Long before the conventional plate test detects changes. After successful validation, this method can even replace or at least significantly reduce the plate test in many areas. The data can be used online, fully automatically and precisely for trend monitoring and for planning maintenance processes.
