Aseptconn is a Swiss manufacturer of Single-Use and Multi-Use solutions for critical fluid transfer applications in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

With our new manufacturing strategy, we combine two complementary areas of expertise across our Swiss sites:

Single-Use manufacturing – Tagelswangen

We design and manufacture custom Single-Use assemblies, engineered around each customer’s process requirements with MSAT support. Our solutions are assembled according to USP Class VI and cGMP requirements in our own ISO Class 7 cleanroom.

Multi-Use manufacturing – Bulle

Our Bulle facility specializes in tailor-made stainless-steel solutions, including Fill & Finish needles, piping and components for critical pharmaceutical processes. Our filling needles are designed and manufactured in Switzerland.

By combining Single-Use and Multi-Use technologies, Aseptconn can also develop hybrid solutions, integrating Single-Use assemblies with stainless-steel components, hoses, valves, needles, piping and more.

Alongside our own manufacturing activities, Aseptconn remains an exclusive representative and supplier of leading technology partners, including Merck Millipore NovAseptic®, ITT, Rensa, Groupe Efire, Meca-Inox, Steriflow, Jordan Valve, Equilibar, Exergy, ZOOK Rupture Disks, Sitomatic and Eldon James. This complementary portfolio enables us to provide our customers with a broad range of technologies for critical fluid transfer applications from a single partner.

Beyond manufacturing, our engineering capabilities include CFD simulation for process and fluid-flow optimization and AseptSoft®, our digital P&ID solution designed to accelerate pharmaceutical process engineering and documentation.
