DynamicOrgan® TEER-Sensor Kit
The DynamicOrgan® TEER-Sensor Kit enables real-time monitoring of barrier integrity in organ-on-chip models. Using integrated gold electrodes, TEER (Trans-Epithelial/Trans-Endothelial Electrical Resistance) is measured directly within the biochip, providing reliable and reproducible results without disturbing cell cultures.
Measurements are performed directly inside the incubator and transmitted wirelessly to a computer for continuous monitoring and data analysis. Fixed electrodes minimize signal noise and eliminate the need for manual sensor positioning.
The system is compatible with a variety of organ-on-chip applications, including gut, lung, vascular, and liver models, making it a powerful tool for studying barrier function, tissue integrity, and drug effects under dynamic culture conditions.
