PROBLEM STATEMENT FeelEat runs a Swiss "Happy Fridge" food business: fresh meals cooked in a central kitchen and sold through 200+ IoT smart fridges at company sites. Behind every meal sits an entire company — recipe development, suppliers and procurement, cook-day production, inventory, HR and attendance, drivers and field merchandisers, corporate clients, customer support and payments. Each of these ran on its own manual process and disconnected tools: no live view of fridges or stock, waste on short shelf-life dishes, unseen shrinkage, gut-feel ordering, and coordination by phone and spreadsheet between kitchen, field and office. FeelEat did not need a website — it needed its entire business process digitised.
