And it goes even further: designed for maximum flexibility in day-to-day operations, the UltiStrobe is also fully portable. Securely stored in a compact transport case, it becomes the ideal solution for on-site support and service applications. - NanoStrobeX (Next-2-Line, Inline) - The NanoStrobeX is an absolute world first. It is a fully functional dropwatcher, yet highly miniaturized—designed specifically for inline use. Not only that: it features not just one, but two integrated lenses, strobe lights, and optical components. This allows the droplets to be observed in real time from two different angles. This 3D view provides additional information such as flight direction and droplet deformation. - NeoScale (Lab, Next-2-Line) driotical's latest pre-launch product is currently in the beta testing phase. It offers a 3D perspective of the drops, but with a very wide field of view, which allows for longer drops and larger volumes. This Dropwatcher is designed to replace scales integrated into machines, as it provides a precise result within just a few milliseconds—starting with the very first drop—compared to traditidional scales. While numerous process parameters are monitored, there is currently no established standard for directly controlling the droplet’s features. This is exactly where droptical comes in. Our dropwatchers are high-precision camera systems that make individual droplets visible and measurable during the dispensing process. They analyze, for example, droplet volume, flight path, and process stability and detect deviations such as satellite droplets, spray, or nozzle problems.
